Great location - a couple of mins away from the main Hunstanton beach. The host lady was lovely. The room had everything we needed for our short stay, the bed was comfy, the room got serviced daily. Great price too. Overall - very happy!

Gillian was friendly and helpful explaining everything we needed to know about our room.
She even picked up our bags and took them to the room! Would definitely recommend staying there.
And the ice-cream was delicious 😋😊

The room was very spacious, very clean with large comfy bed.
The property was ideally located for the beach , shops , restaurants, bars and all amenities.

Location perfect, 2 minute walk to the centre. Quiet and relaxed.
Gillian met us at the property, was able to recommend restaurants etc. Tea, coffee and biscuits in the room.
