Immeuble sale ( couloirs et escaliers d accès avec détritus et mégots.) Description sur booking pas conforme à la réalité. C est noté: appartement 1 chambre or il s agit d une chambre privée dans un appartement partagé ( qui comporte plusieurs chambres) Pas indiqué clairement dans l annonce. Pas de salon tv comme mis en photo sur booking , juste une zone commune avec 1 table et 1 petit réfrigérateur. La chambre est sombre , juste 1 minuscule fenêtre Aucune bouteille d eau potable ( même filtrée) a disposition des clients à l arrivée . ensemble moyen

Its not a big issue but its located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Just a caution if you are with an elderly

The Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, They were very eager to assist in helping us to settle into the apartment

The only little issue, is that "The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift", however the Hosts helped us with our luggage up to the third floor.

Overall we definitely like the size of the property for our family and it is located above a supermarket. Laundry shop right across the building. The area is very quiet at night. The amenities in the house weren’t great but we got the most of our stay here. We hope there will be some improvements done for better stay. Thank you for hosting my family in Tawau.

Wifi stopped working on the 2nd day of our stay, no response from the property owner. There weren’t any tools for cleaning available, so we got them a small broom to ease our stay. I would like to suggest more floor rugs, a floor cleaner and a toilet cleaner for customer use whilst staying. Only staircase available to reach the property on 2nd floor, be mindful with your luggage amount.
