Das Apartment ist supermodern ausgestattet, fast die gesamte Ausstattung ist neu. 400 MBit Internet und TV Kabelanschluss + Riesen TV vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Haus liegt genau soweit außerhalb der Innenstadt, dass es sehr ruhig ist. In die City kommt man mit dem Auto, eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Parken kann man am Straßenrand und am Fußballplatz nebenan. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Der Fahrstuhl im Haus könnte etwas größer sein 😉

The property was perfectly equipped and the bed was super comfy!
10 minute walk to the supermarket and tram stop - which was massively convenient. Like that it was nice and easy to cook a meal, with oil, salt & pepper provided while also very easy for deliveroo.
Communication with the host was clear, easy and I imagine super helpful should you need them! I feel it’s slightly on the pricey side given it’s location but otherwise a superb stay! Also a very nice Cat to greet you!!

Maria e suo figlio sono sempre gentilissimi, è la seconda volta che soggiorno da loro. L'appartemento è carinissimo. Nonostante si trovi all'ultimo piano di una palazzina, ci sono due condizionatori che funzionano benissimo e l'appartamento si rinfresca in breve tempo.

L'appartamento è molto carino ed accogliente, le finestre rendono gli spazi molto luminosi!
Si vede che è un appartamento che deve essere ancora terminato, c'erano delle rifiniture mancanti (la finestra in camera aveva la schiuma che viene messa per sigillare in vista)
