Casa Esmeralda - holiday apartment Costa Blanca

In a good location close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Peaceful with good parking. Kitchen has all the equipment you need, beds comfortable and good showers. Communication with Ewelina regarding entry and exit to property was prompt. Close to several pools (not heated).

The property is two bedroom two bathroom yet we were given only one bath towel and one hand towel each meaning we had to wash towels after every shower or swim ? The TV didn’t work as it required an email and password, contacted the agent and owner but were told ‘someone must have locked it out’ thought someone would attend and fix it but they did not. The patio door lock is broken so the only way to secure the property is to close the external window blind every time you go out, there is no safe in the property either. The patio area is lovely but gets no sun at all during the day.

Alloggio confortevole, pulito, nuovo e silenzioso. Ottima posizione per un soggiorno di relax. Si è ad un passo dal mare senza sentirne la necessità.

Très belle appartement cela fait 2× que l'ont c'était parfait 😉

Malheureusement pas de micro ondes,pas de friteuse, pas de télévision dans la chambre Malheureusement, mais surtout pas assez ensoleillé de toute la journée

Well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds.

Too shaded! No sun when sitting outside. Closest pool was out of service sure to essential repairs.
