1.三個大人，兩個晚上，一個人一晚600元的超低價格，性價比非常非常高。
2.免費幫我升等到有陽台的房間，3600跳到6000，怎能不給讚呢?
3.我媽喜歡價格便宜、離鬧區很近走路就可以到、可以室內泡溫泉，沒有時間限制與壓力。
4.我爸喜歡房間的大冰箱，住過五星級飯店，房間內可用的都是小冰箱，冷度不夠。這種住家用的大冰箱最好用，讚。
5.進出方便、退房超簡單，很讚。
6.有附地下機械式停車位，隨到隨停。遊客少的時候車位很多。但如果遊客很多應該位置不夠。但需要駕駛技術好一些的，較能順利地停進去。
7.剛進到社區，還有房間，都有聞到溫泉的味道(更正，不是霉味)
1.浴池的塞子會慢慢漏水，導致放溫泉水時要花比較久一點的時間。後來放個抹布再加上塞子就可以解決。
2.浴室的馬桶會露液，建議修補，體驗會更好。
