Hauzify I Casa Mirador 9

Location was brilliant

Possibly no Air con but open the windows at night and because you next to the sea you get a nice breeze

La casa era amplia, cocina bien equipada de utensilios y material de limpieza,al lado tenia el parking, muy silenciosa,y para nuestro propósito de visitar el su de Tarragona muy bien ubicada. En verano debe aprovecharse mucho la teraza y el jardin comunitario con piscina.

Un día nos quedamos sin luz, me costó más de 12 horas contactar con el adminitrador. Era algo que la compañía habia avisado a la propiedad pero ellos no nos advirtieron. Tuvimos frío los primeros dias, hasta que hablamos con ellos por lo de la luz y ya les pedimos la calefacción. Cuando recogimos las llaves no nos dieron muchas indicaciones no ya de la localización sino del acceso que descubrimos que tiene dos y uno más complicado para ir con maletas. La casa no tiene dos baños. Tiene un baño y un aseo ( por cierto es la primera vez que me encuentro que no hay jabón de manos). Que haya sólo una bañera para nosotros éramos cuatro adultos no fue problema, peto quizá para más pueda serlo.

Everything! The seaview from the terrace, balcony and the main bedroom - super relaxing! The very close proximity (about 200m) to 2 beaches; many more were within walking/hiking distance if you’re up for a little hike on the beautiful coastal trail. The house was spacious and clean, the kitchen well equipped, even with a laundry machine. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable (can’t say anything about the other ones because we didn’t use them, but they looked fine, too). The pool was very nice. The contact with the Hauzify staff was friendly and when we had a small issue they reacted promptly (special thanks to Ferran who was very friendly and also provided useful info about what to do in L’Ametlla de Mar).

Not really dislike but if one insists on finding something to improve: There didn’t seem to be towels to dry the dishes. The dishwasher is not the best (some regularly dirty dishes came out still dirty). On our last day there was an issue with the door handle of the front door (which lead to us being locked out on the terrace ). Luckily we were “saved” very quickly by Ferran. Hopefully this issue has been fixed by now. If not, one should ALWAYS make sure to not close the front door while sitting outside without having the keys with you (unless the door is locked the door handle NORMALLY opens the door without the keys, but in our case something suddenly seemed to have broken so that the door handle became useless and the door remained closed). And one thing to maybe keep in mind: During our stay end of April/beginning of May Ametlla de Mar still seemed somewhat “sleepy” (restaurants/bars closing rather early). And the town itself is not the most exciting, but the coastline around it is stunning!

La ubicació, molt bona. Casa amb moltes possibilitats si estés ben acondicionada.

La casa no estava gaire neta. La porta de baix no tancava i hi havia accés directe del carrer a la terrassa, van venir a arreglar-la però va continuar sense tancar. L'estractor de la cuina no funcionava i no el van arreglar, havent de cuinar amb el fum a dins, durant una setmana. Les persianes del menjador estaven espatllades, això sí que ho van arreglar. El bidet no desaigüava i al bany li costava. Faltaven algunes bombetes. No té aire condicionat, ja ho sabíem però la calor feia molt difícil l'estada. Qualitat-preu no és correspon.
