Spacious home and close to the beach

Great location in Cowes, easy access to the race track.
The 3 upper-level air conditioners do not work. We arrived on a warm day, and as the home had been locked up, the upper level was very uncomfortable.
The burner jets in the BBQ are blocked, creating a gas explosion hazard.
The attached gas tank was only lasted 2 uses before running out. The 2 spare tanks were empty.

The location was excellent & the facilities suited our needs. The managers did respond to our requests to correct deficiencies when pressed.
We were informed of the microwave having broken down & would not be replaced during our stay. Although it was a difgicult time of yrat, this was not acceptable. To their credit a replacement was supplied on our 4th day. Insufficient towels were supplied for the 4th bedroom which were also supplied on day 4. The house description was inaccurate, there were not 4 bathrooms!

This property is positioned within walking distance of Cowes and the main Phillip Island beach. The house was very clean, and we didn't have any dramas staying there. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and out of the way, so it feels very private. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and very communicative; I felt that, if anything had gone wrong, they would have addressed it extremely quickly. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic and very affordable.
The only downside is that the house is a bit dark as the lighting isn't super bright.
