It was a nice clean place in a prime location in town, and only a few minutes walk to the main shopping center and stores.

The property was excellent: clean, fresh, comfortable and spacious apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you need: tools, kettle, micro, fridge, even a dishwasher. The air condition was silent and effective. Communication with Julia was so perfect that we arrived to the property at the same time and she handed over the keys. She also gave us the most important touristic information on Cinque Terre and parking options. Finally we parked the car in the underground place of Europa Park for 15 EUR/day, which is quite reasonable, (better than the Railway Station) considering the circumstances in La Spezia. Special thanks to Julia for a package of coffee and biscuits. Overall, we enjoyed our staying.

Anyone, who arrive with car, please consider the following. Parking options are extremely limited around the property. You can hardly find an empty slot within a few hundred meters. In the narrow street you cannot even stop for (un)loading your car! Fetching the car from the distant Europa Park and circling around 3 times and finding a place to stop for loading took more than an hour, which created a very stressful checkout. The cleaning lady, who appeared suddenly and who didn't speak any foreign languages, was very rude at checkout. This somewhat ruined our very positive overall experience.

Top location in la spezia. A lot of space in the flat. A quiet place with a charming old elevator. Our host was so friendly to took us from the railroad station.
