I really liked the location—it was beautiful and offered access to a public pool. The property also has a private beach access; however, it was closed during my stay and I was unable to use it. The area itself is excellent: quiet, pleasant, and surrounded by friendly neighbors, contributing to a comfortable overall environment. The unit was well-equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a small balcony that was perfect for drying clothes or simply relaxing and enjoying the beach view. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay.

The utilities were not thoroughly cleaned, and the cabinets appeared slightly oily. Additionally, during showering, I noticed an unusual odor in the water, which was a bit concerning.

⸻ The place has a great view, and our family keeps coming back—it’s been our favorite getaway. Although this was only my second stay, my family has visited multiple times. However, I would like to highlight a few concerns regarding the room: • The A/C duct appears to be full of dust and needs cleaning. • There are wall glitches and cabinets that seem to be poorly placed, blocking part of the room entrance. • We had requested not to be assigned the same room again, as this is the second time we’ve been placed in the same one. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the right person during check-in to address this concern. We were later informed via chat with the agent that we should notify them in advance next time if we wish to avoid the same room. We hope these points can be taken into consideration to improve future experiences.

Actually, it’s not very pleasant for a new guest to find used soap or shampoo in the bathroom. If providing new toiletries is a concern due to cost, you could simply remove the used items. Even small, inexpensive new amenities would create a much better impression and reflect positively on the image and standards of your property.
