Property was great value. It came with everything we could possibly need as a family travelling from Melbourne. Lovely place honestly!
I would have given a much higher rating if the beds were comfortable but those beds were terrible the floor was more comfortable to sleep on in the end. It’s like sleeping on a piece of wood:( 4 days of broken sleep was not good. Please update your mattress or bed and I tell you now you will be getting 10 ratings as your place is amazing. Also need to clean your walls.

We arrived early with luggage from our flight and asked for an early checkin and it was provided.
The key had been damaged by the previous guest and caused us many anxious moments as we could not enter the apartment easily.

NO FRESH TOWELS AVAILABLE FOR A WEEK. BAD WIFI CONNECTIVITY .CONSUMABLES NOT REPLENISHED eg coffee, tea,toilet paper etc. No additional pillows and blankets for the bed. Second Room no mirrors or cupboards.
