Ausreichend Platz, schnelle Heizung, gute Warmwasserversorgung, zweckmäßig gebaut

Treppe sehr steil, Treppengeländer nur an einer Seite vorhanden, Badezimmer ohne Duschvorhang, duschen nur im Sitzen möglich, Badezimmerboden höher als Flurboden, Fenster im Bad läßt sich nicht öffnen. Ameisenstrassen im Haus, nur PAD-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Obergeschoß im Sommer wohl sehr heiß. Lieblos eingerichtet ....
