The view is nice and Huberto shared wonderful and useful information about the property, nearby coffee shops, and taxis. He helped me find what I needed. He was so kind and helpful and available. The paddle board court was also nice and the outdoor patio.
The dog next door. It kept waking me up in the middle of the night. The master bedroom was too hard for me and there were no screens in the windows to let the fresh air inside. Also the property was clean but there were sections that were dirty like the left hand side of the master bathroom. It’s a corner that looks like it doesn’t get cleaned often. The couch also had a smell the first day but then it went away. I woke up one morning and there was a worker right below in the grass patio about to mow the lawn. It’s just not as private as I would have liked. The road to the house is torn up as well.

Property was great and well stocked kitchen. And easy parking to the entrance.
The road is a little uneven but no problem in a small/low car going slow.
