Location to Marina, beach and local shopping centre. Quiet and peaceful setting. Outdoor setting - to sit outside.

1. Mould smell. Mould noticeable on ceiling areas and paint bubbling on wall - photos taken. Air conditioner gave off an odour. Felt unwell with the smell. Impacted our sleep and stay overall. 2. Villa floor was dirty - felt dirt particles under foot, feet dirty and when wiped floor - black on chux wipe. Bathroom vent and bathroom floor - dirty and dusty. Villa was overall dusty. 3. Mass fly invasion in the Villa. 20-30 flies to remove took hours. This affected our sense of peaceful wellbeing and comfort. Found a crack in left lower side of window nearest kitchen. Large black noisy flies were invading en masse. We found them hiding in curtains. They were non-stop flying around the villa, inthe kitchen while preparing food. A real annoyance. Type and position of crack may indicate a rock flung by mower or whipper snipper. Placed bandaid over crack to stop flies entering villa. 4. There was insuffucient body wash and shampoo/conditioner for 2 people for 2 nights. 2 body wash and 1 shampoo and conditioner only - small tubes. 5. A bathroom mat/floor towel was needed for water absorption post shower. Floor became slippery and ready for an accident. 6. No hand towel. Only 1 standard non-absorbing towel available. The villa accomodation and experience there not worth what paid for 2 nights. 7. Stains - blood etc on matress protector. 🙀
