Sehr gute und ruhige Lage in Prerow, um sowohl zum Nord- und Weststrand zu kommen als auch zum Ortszentrum. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut sowohl die Inneneinrichtung als auch die Küchenausstattung.
