Initially the check in experience was horrible, my family was out front on the porch for nearly an hour calling every number listed! Booking.com was zero help and no one answered the phone for the property! Upon sending emails to all emails listed on file a lady called us back from the property’ she was a complete doll!!!! We were verified and let in without further incident. My advice is to book direct-
