Could be better.

The hotel is far beyond the walking distance from the city centre. It took time to find free parking spot next to hotel. The room was clean and suitable for two persons.

Breakfast was below my expectations. The choice of meals was poor and meals itself not very fresh. Breakfast is served in heavy smokers area and smell of smoke was disturbing. Parking lots were occupied by nonresidents and it took some time to regain our parking slot we reserved in advance.

It’s not a 4-star hotel. The cigarette smell is everywhere. There is no spa/gym (false advertising). Things are not working (kettle, lamp).

Everything went very well until the breakfast...

Hotel staff, clean and nice-sized room with very comfortable bed, well decorated, nice bathroom, easy free of charge parking.

Breakfast was a very disappointing experience compared to the notes and to what I was expecting (part of the staff of the restaurant not helpful, more focused on the clients who pay than the ones from the hotel, buffet quite empty 30 min before end of breakfast time - not a relaxing and pleasant time, since you have to ask for pretty much everything you want to get).

Nice hotel, very pleasant staff, clean, comfortable bed, good location, parking available in front of the hotel.

Very happy!!

Our flight was at 9 pm. I asked the Amina at the front desk if we could get a late checkout by 12 pm. She arranged our checkout to be 2 pm. Which was very gracious considering our hotel in Neum was charging us for half a day if we stayed even one hour beyond 10 am checkout. Also our server at breakfast, Mladjen, was welcoming. They didn't have a breakfast buffet but we could order anything from the menu.

The AC in the room was a little noise.

nice 4 star hotel. room and bath room are large and well equiped all the areas we've been are clean. easily check in and out. didn't have the breakfasts and didn't use spa,so i can not comment

breakfast ends at 10.30 not close to city center but it's small city. so it takes 5-6 min by car or 30 min by walk to almost everywhere

We booked 2 room. The city center quite far away but it is OK. Also hotel has parking area. Rooms are quite big and very clean. Breakfast is good. Receptionist are very kind and helpful. There is a cafe down below and enjoy your drink. We like the hotel. Thanks for everything.

Modernes, freundliches und günstiges Hotel – absolut zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstück war ordentlich. Man bekommt eine Karte und kann daraus auswählen, was man essen möchte. Positiv: kein Buffet, dadurch übertreibt man nicht mit der Menge an Essen. Für mich und meine Frau war es völlig ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend – top. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sowie die Zimmergröße sind mehr als ausreichend. Auch zwischendurch, wenn man das Zimmer verlässt, kümmert sich das Zimmerpersonal zuverlässig um Ordnung. Für diesen Preis: mehr als super.

Abends sollte man die Fenster besser geschlossen halten, da es viel Smog gibt. Das ist allerdings Winterzeit, und viele Leute heizen mit Holz und Kohle – das ist der einzige Minuspunkt. Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist manchmal voll, aber ansonsten gibt es nichts zu beanstanden.

Très satisfait pour une étape

Hotel sans beaucoup de charme mais très pratique, propre et confortable. La literie est bonne. Le restaurant est bien et pas trop cher, le petit déjeuner copieux. Situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport, possibilité de parking sur demande. Le personnel est professionel et prêt à aider.

Petit problème dans certaines chambres avec la chasse du WC qui envoie de l'eau à côté.
