L'emplacement, au coeur du Trastevere, est très bien car le quartier est très chouette à visiter. Il est facile d'accès, très bien équipé et très propre.
Le manque d'isolation sonore : le quartier est très fréquenté le soir, et la proximité de l'appartement avec une rue très festive rend les nuits plutôt bruyantes.
