Beautiful, well appointed self contained annexe..highly recommend 👌

The location was great, easy private access to the property and private off road parking. Very well appointed accommodation, nicely decorated with everything we needed. Nice touch with the welcome basket, beautiful home made Welsh cakes. Helen was a wonderful host, very friendly and accommodating. First class stay

Peaceful spot

Lovely little Annex, nice garden to overlook and outdoor area. Had everything we needed and added touch of croissants and Welsh cakes. Several pubs and co-op in walking distance. Handy to Gower Peninsula. Good parking. Nigel gave us a run down on Annex and locality. Very quiet and peaceful.

Google maps wants you to stop earlier in the street, doesn't seem to recognise Station street goes around the corner so look at numbers and look for the playing fields....owners directions help with this.

Exactly what we needed, tranquility and comfort.

We absolutely adored the attention to detail at this gorgeous annexe. There is nothing that hadn’t been considered and put into place. Whatever we needed was there. The welcome package was such a lovely and generous touch. The coffee, croissants and Welsh cakes were a lovely touch. We had a lovely breakfast that morning. We felt calm and relaxed the entire time we were there. The ambiance is second to none. The decor was great, it gave me house envy and my partner now has a list of things I want doing at home. Our second night we stayed in and had a date night with treats, pizza and a murder mystery game- with music in the background thanks to YouTube (excellent WiFi) We would not hesitate in visiting again. Had never been to Wales and the people were welcoming and friendly. All I can say is thank you so much for such a beautiful visit.

Friendly welcome . Welcome treats were a nice touch. Lovely to have some outside space to use. Ideal for our needs whilst visiting family.

Perfect!

Spacious, self-contained annex - next to but separated from the main house. Quiet location. Bedroom, shower room, and kitchen/living room. Modern furnishings. "Flexible" coathangers - wet clothes weren't restricted to being hung in a wardrobe! Few minutes walk from excellent food at "The Bridge". And the icing on the cake - most hospitable hosts I have encountered in many weeks walking the coastal paths! Nigel and Helen were friendly, informative, and even shared their bottle of wine with me after I came back from dinner, as we sat and talked on their deck.

Hidden Gem in Lovely Welsh Village near coast, mountains & The Heart of Wales Railway

Fabulous little place. Helen & Nigel welcomed us. They share part of their lovely garden and facilities too, which is very generous. Bbq, Sunny Seating and even set us up with some lovely Welsh cakes, croissants, milk, butter and beverages to get us started. The annexe has underfloor heating and was toasty warm when it was cold and wet outside. Decor is just lovely. The annexe is equipped with everything you need for cooking and comfort. Hidden Gem in Lovely Welsh Village with great access to coast, mountains and cities. Only a few strides from a stop on The Heart of Wales Railway at Llangennech. Great Pubs, places to eat just a short walk. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.
