Piece of Paradise @ Balaia Golf Village, Albufeira, PORTUGAL - 4 STAR

Hyrde en lägenhet från en privat värd. Lägenheten var mycket fin, högst upp i huset i söderläge. Sovrum med AC vilket var topp. Två balkonger som kändes lyxigt. Disk- och tvättmaskin ett plus. Värden var lätttillgänglig. Parasoll på balkongen vilket gjorde att man kunde sitta där dagtid.

L’appartement était super bien équipé, propre et très accueillant. Les hôtes étaient très réactifs et sympas.

Excellent location, facilities and apartment. Everything we needed for our holiday was available in our top class apartment and on site. Near to beach and lots of restaurants, 6 pools on site also. Apartment is close to pool, bar restaurant and reception. Hosts could not have been better, good communications before and during our stay and every response was met with a positive response, highly recommend Bewerley and Derrick

The location is amazing. Very complete appartement. It felt almost like home.

Me, my wife and son stayed here from 25 till 1st of August '23. During morningtime for a couple of hours a nasty sewer air smell came out of the bathroom. We noticed it and tried to ignore. But after a few days we complaint about it and asked for a decent minor compensation. We asked we could receive a one day refund. That sounds reasonable but we receive zero on that request. Landlord said they go beyond with care for guests, unfortunately no very co oparative landlords for us. The maintenance came to investigate and told us there is indeed a sewer smell, it was because of high temperatures. It was between 80 en 90 Fahrenheit, not extremely but extreme enough to give that sewer smell. Not really a piece of paradise for us. We travel for at least 20 years and never had such dissapointing experience with landlords.
