Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und bequem. Nette, hilfsbereite Nachbarinnen.

Drei Stühle auf der Dachterrasse sind unbrauchbar und müssen ersetzt werden. Es fehlt ein Wäscheseil oder Wäscheständer. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken im oberen Bad ist defekt. Im Wohnzimmer wären Weingläser und größere Kaffeetassen schön.
