Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Der Sauna- und Whirlpoolbereich ist sehr angenehm; es ist nur schade, dass er nur so kurz geöffnet ist (ein Schild an der Tür weist auf die Zeit von 16 bis 20 Uhr hin), obwohl er eigentlich den ganzen Tag über geöffnet sein sollte
Ich kommuniziere ungern über die Hotline mit dem Personal; ich würde es vorziehen, persönlich mit einer kompetenten Person an der Rezeption zu sprechen, anstatt zwischen zehn und mehreren Dutzend Minuten auf eine Antwort zu warten. Uns gefiel auch nicht, wie man im Spa-Bereich eine Massage buchen muss: Man muss seine Telefonnummer auf einem Zettel vor der Tür hinterlassen, damit man zurückgerufen wird (leider haben wir das Angebot letztendlich nicht genutzt).

Gute Lage
Zu weiche Matratzen und leider Tierhaare auf dem Sofa. Die Kommunikation mit Renters war nicht gut. Permanente Aufforderungen für Zahlungen die schon längst erledigt waren von verschiedenen Angestellten von Renters.
