Grundsätzlich eine schöne Unterkunft, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Dazu eine hilfreiche und freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld; ich hatte Fragen zum Online-Check-in. Die Apartmenthäuser sind perfekt gelegen, super zentral.
Wesentliche Mankos sind akustischer Natur: die SZ-Fenster (meines Apartments mit 2 SZ in der Nr. 22 im 1. OG) gingen nach vorne zur Kopfsteinpflasterstraße und zur Tagessonne raus, wobei in Ilmenau ab 22 Uhr Ruhe ist; und ich hörte von oben jeden Schritt der Mitgäste, da war wohl auf das nachträgliche Einbauen einer Trittschalldämmung verzichtet worden. Merkwürdige Entscheidung. Das Gleiche galt für Wasser- und Abwassergeräusche. Das war aber nicht so relevant für mich, weil sie im Wohn- und Schlafraum kaum zu hören waren.
