Blízkost moře, pláže, centra. Velikost apartmánu. Velká terasa. Skvělá komunikace nájemce. Krásný ostrov. Možnosti procházek na všechny strany. Ideální místo na další výlety - Zadar, Nin.
Starší sedačka. Neoplocená terasa z jedné strany, nevýhoda s malými dětmi.

Great location close to the beach is by far the greatest advantage the apartment can offer and perhaps most important but these days people have much higher expectations in terms of service, hospitality, clean spaces and general ambience of the place. Yes, it does have Wi-Fi, but also noisy climate control and fridge. Definitely I recommend it to those who care about location rather than 90's feeling you get there.
Bed sheets, linen - nice to have from same set. Dirty kitchen, mirror, small towels, less mosquitos upon arrival and quieter and less annoying dog in the house.
