L’appartement était propre bien équipé et fonctionnel
Nous avons été gênés par une forte odeur de renfermé. Le mobilier coté salon cuisine est un peu vieillissant.

pratique, très bien placé, parking public proche. bien équipé, petite terrasse très agréable. Proche commerces et restaurants, et surtout à 5 minutes du zoo de Beauval en voiture, top!
L'équipement pour bébé prend de la place, mais c'est aussi un bon point pour ceux qui en ont besoin. Il y a des affichages partout pour les règles, on ne peut pas ne pas les prendre en compte, mais un petit carnet d'accueil serait suffisant et rendrait le cadre plus accueillant. Couverture wifi limitée à la piece à vivre.

Logement impeccable, propreté nickel . C'est positif pour cette location. Proximité des lieux de restauration si nécessaire.
Pas de possibilité de se garer à proximité. Insonorisation avec le voisins du dessus inexistante, ancienne bâtisse donc plancher qui craque à chaque déplacement des voisins qui ne peuvent pas faire autrement. Donc réveil a 6hoo et bruit jusque 23/24h Mais rien de spécifié dans le descriptif de la location. Dommage. Pas d'accès PMR.
