Son emplacement est top et tout est dispo sur le site sans avoir besoin de voiture
Acces a la plage, plusieurs piscine, adaptés aux enfants, restaurants, supermarchés…
Isolation des chambres pas terribles
On entends souvent les voisins et les passages dans le couloir. Lors des animations le soir on entend bien la musique, il ne faut pas avoir le sommeil léger…

What an amazing place. The size of the house was wasted on just us two couples really but hey, its all about the experience:)
From the photo's in the books on the enterance hall table, you really get a vibe of what this place was back in the day. I know the owner has had alot of restoration to get the place back to a great usable condition and it shows. His guys have done a great job.
Everywhere was nice and clean, we cooled off in the pool and theres bbq and firepit for the use of. Everything you could need was inside the house too.
Its a five minute walk to Ground Zero, other bars and food but it was nice and quiet when we came back and sat out chatting on the porch at night with a last beer before bed. Just how we like it.
The owner was very helpfull and communicated quickly to sort a little prestay issue i had, very good. He also sent a very clear and detailed message on what you need to do (keys, air con etc) which worked perfectly with no issues.
Two of our group didnt know we were staying here so when we parked up and went in, they were as amazed as they were suprised, lol.
I can find no faults and if im ever back to Clarksdale, i will definitly try to stay here again.

Location was great for us because we could walk into town easily. The house is very roomy and great for a large group.
There was a lot of food in the fridge and freezers that made it difficult for us to navigate around.
