Very nice place! We really enjoyed our statying there. I like that it has a very well equiped kitchen.

Die Lage war genial und die Unterkunft sauber und gepflegt. Trotz den hohen Aussentemperaturen blieb es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Durch unseren Gastgeber Bernd waren wir stets gut informiert, er war immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend, herzlichen Dank.

I was very disappointed by the handling of my early departure. I checked out several nights before the end of my reservation and discussed a possible partial refund with the owner. The communication regarding the unused nights was confusing. At one point, I understood that at least one of the nights (June 20–21) had been rented again, but later I was informed that the reservation had never been confirmed. As a guest, I found this difficult to understand. The owner ultimately offered a goodwill payment of €30. I was not requesting a refund for all unused nights and would have considered the reimbursement of one night to be a fair solution, especially given that I did not use three nights of my reservation. The issue was not the room itself, but rather the lack of what I felt was a fair and customer-oriented resolution. Unfortunately, this left me disappointed with the overall experience.
