• No smoking in or on the property. A $500 ozone remediation fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
• No pets allowed. Evidence of a pet brought on the property will require a $250 additional cleaning fee.
• Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
• Offensive music is not tolerated at any time.
• No parking allowed on streets. Overflow parking lots available for additional vehicles.
• Trash must be bagged & fit inside bins.
• No loose trash in trash bins.
• Clean the grill after use; a $75 cleaning fee will be charged if left unclean.
• Fireworks are prohibited.
• RVs, trailers & campers are not allowed.
• Zero tolerance for illegal drug use & underage drinking. Guests disregarding this policy will be evicted without refund.
• 25 MPH throughout the resort.

The house was as advertised and very clean when we arrived. There are two bedrooms, downstairs downstairs, with the rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. We enjoyed the theater room very much along with the pool.If you are going to stay at this house, be sure to bring potholders and kitchen towels.

It’s a very nice property. Central to what we were doing in Florida. Some of the toys have repair needs but do work for the most part. There are some shortages in small but useful items, like oven mitts and a dish towel. You may need to pick up some TP if your stay is more than 3 days. Overall, quite clean and spacious. Hope they’ll have us back if we come again.
