The actual condo was wonderful, no complaints. We did not have to communicate with the owners and everything was still seamless and easy. The property itself shows that it’s dated and needs some updating however the pool area is beautiful, updated, and very well maintained. Property staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we ever had was parking and that’s a common problem in beach towns during peak season. My family loved the ease of the walk to the beach and we did not have to track all the beach sand into the car…MAJOR plus! We have already discussed staying at this specific condo again. It was a seamless and an overall positive experience. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the parking and other guests not understanding double parking rules.
