About this apartment rental
Charming, comfortable 25 m² studio apartment—renovated, functional, well-equipped, and with plenty of storage space—
suitable for 2 people, such as a couple and up to two children (sleeping on a sofa bed).

The residence is located in the Môle neighborhood
Ideally situated in a small, secure (card-access entry) and very quiet residence, on the first floor (no elevator), a 400-meter walk from the fine-sand beach at Le Môle, a 300-meter walk to the Allée de la Flânerie with its shops, boutiques, laundromat, delis, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy……,a promenade leading to the harbor with its restaurants and bars, close to the Musée de l’Éphèbe, the Palais des Congrès, and the new casino.
Once you arrive, you won’t need a car—everything is within walking distance! Close to the summer fun and festivities without the noise, ideally located for swimming, walking, jogging… and near the naturist village.
Bedding/towels
Please bring your own bedding, towels, and toiletries.
A bedding and towel kit is available for rent upon prior request.
Towels: €8 per person, per stay
Sheets: €15 per set per stay
No cleaning fee is charged on-site; cleaning supplies will be provided, but please leave the apartment as clean as it was upon arrival: an inspection will be conducted upon your arrival and departure: A security deposit check for 80€ is required upon arrival and will be returned upon departure provided the apartment has been cleaned.
The apartment consists of a kitchenette, living room, loggia with sleeping area, and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Sleeping arrangements:- A 140x190 sofa bed in the living room and a 140x190 double bed in the loggia: sleeping area with a floor-to-ceiling window featuring electric shutters and blackout curtains.
Kitchenette equipped with 2 induction burners, an exhaust hood, a small oven, a large refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster…
