bathrooms with a private pool with a lake view. With 1600sq/ft of
living space, this unit can sleep up to a maximum of 8 guests while
offering the space and privacy for all. This beautiful home away from
home offers many features and amenities you would expect to find from
your own home. This includes a cozy living space perfect for watching
TV and playing board games, a dining space for your entire party to eat
and spend some quality time together, and of course a fully equipped
kitchen perfect for baking turkeys for the Thanksgiving dinners. Come
and enjoy your vacation in this Magical Townhouse near Disney with a
private Pool facing the Lake.

* Bedroom 4 - Ample sized king master bedroom w/en-suite bath & flat
screen TV w/cable, well positioned for maximum privacy.

* Full laundry with large capacity clothes washer and dryer.

* Fully equipped kitchen. Pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, and
drinking glasses are included in the house.

* Pool Heat - $30.00 per day (minimum 3 days) - upon request.
* The BBQ grill is available. Cleaning fee $35 (Propane Gas Refill

Start supplies
We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size)
bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene,1 dish
soap/sponge, 1 dish detergent to the dishwasher, and 1 laundry
detergent, 2 garbage bags.
Trash pickup
There is valet service for garbage collection on Mondays, Wednesdays,
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays around 10 a.m. Enclose the garbage in
trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacle (bench)
outside the front door.
Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate.
Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a
professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be
available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can
be requested for an additional fee. Excessive required clean or also
considered a double clean is charged $100.00
Food
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the
refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed
after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments,
coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

easy reach of other popular Orlando attractions such as Seaworld and
