The "Kaiserhof 7.12" vacation rental is a one-room apartment located on the seventh floor of the "Kaiserhof" apartment building. The building is right on the water, just a few steps from the beach. The island’s center, with several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and was completely renovated in 2020. The building has an elevator.
The apartment’s interior design emphasizes light and natural colors. The bathroom features a modern design, and the kitchenette is fully equipped. The balcony offers a direct view of the ocean. The living/sleeping area is furnished with a double bed. In the “Kaiserhof” apartment building, residents have access to a washing machine and a clothes dryer (for a fee, controllable via app). There is also a sauna available, which operates on a coin-operated basis. Please note that the swimming pool is closed due to a technical malfunction. Bicycles can be parked in front of the building on the lake side. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the vacation rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
The in-house sauna will be unavailable until approximately spring 2027, possibly longer.
