The "Sommerwind 9" vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of the "Sommerwind" building. The building is on Kreuzstraße. The “Sommerwind” building was constructed around 1900 and renovated in 1995 in the typical spa town style.
The apartment offers approximately 34 square meters of space and can accommodate up to 3 people. The "Sommerwind 9" vacation rental is ideal for two adults or a small family with one child. The beach is only about 190 meters away. Several restaurants, cafés, and other shopping options are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2022. The bedroom is furnished with a new bed and a walk-in closet, while the new open-concept kitchen features a kitchenette with a dining area. A modern bathroom rounds out the living space. The highlight of the apartment is undoubtedly the spacious south-facing terrace, which measures 24 square meters (including a beach chair). Please note that when the apartment is occupied by three people, the sofa bed for the third person is located in the bedroom, and the sleeping area is on the floor. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (a fee may apply), which is particularly convenient for longer stays. Pets (dogs) are not permitted in this vacation rental.
