The "Dünenrose 12" vacation rental is located on Nienburgstraße on Norderney. The building underwent extensive renovations in early 2016. The apartment is on the first floor of the building and is particularly suitable for 1–2 people. The beach (here: Nordstrand) is only about 300 meters away. There are also several cafés and restaurants there. Not only the beach but also the island’s center is just a few minutes’ walk away. Several of the island’s bike paths also begin in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment was designed with an emphasis on high-quality furniture. It also features a south-facing balcony measuring approximately 10 square meters. Barbecuing is not permitted on the balcony. The one-room apartment is equipped with a double box-spring bed.
For added convenience, the building offers a shared washing machine and dryer, both of which are coin-operated. A special highlight of the apartment complex is the on-site swimming pool, which is available to residents free of charge. It is located in the basement of the building. There is also a sauna that can be used by inserting coins.
The vacation rental “Düsenrose, Apt. 12” also warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (height no higher than knee-level). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
