About this apartment rental

The "Amelie" vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of "Villa Rossini." The building was completed in 2012. The apartment is centrally located on Heinrichstraße. A highlight of the apartment is the terrace, which includes a beach chair. The apartment also has an elevator.

The interior design features natural tones and modern details. The apartment is also equipped with a Wii U console and a PlayStation 4. For coffee lovers, there are three options: in addition to a standard drip coffee maker, a Senseo and a Nespresso machine are available. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop and a microwave.

The apartment features Wi-Fi, a TV, and a hair dryer. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building and are available for shared use (for a fee), which is particularly convenient for longer stays.

The beach is approximately 300 meters from the apartment. Restaurants and other shopping options are within about 500 meters, yet the vacation rental is in a very quiet location.
