About this apartment rental
This modern, high-quality 4-star vacation rental is located on the first floor, features 3 rooms, and, with over 80 square meters of living space, can accommodate up to 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area invites you to cook and relax. From the living room, you can enjoy a view through the large window into the garden, which is for your exclusive use. On the large terrace, you can enjoy your days under the umbrella or relax in the lounge chairs on the wooden deck. A grill is available for you to enjoy a delicious and hearty barbecue.
In the spacious bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. Amenities such as a lighted mirror, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and plenty of storage space and shelves are standard for us. A washer-dryer is also located in the bathroom and is available for your use free of charge.
The two bedrooms offer plenty of space for your luggage. Both bedrooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring (allergy-friendly). Each bedroom features a box-spring double bed to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep (Bedroom 1: 180×200 cm and Bedroom 2: 160×200 cm). For our youngest guests, we can provide a baby crib and a high chair upon request; please feel free to contact us if needed.
In the modern living area, you’re sure to find a comfortable spot on one of the two couches. For your entertainment, enjoy the digital internet radio—which you can control entirely via your cell phone—or the large Smart LED TV. We also offer a collection of board games for fun-filled hours with family and friends, as well as some reading material. A DSL connection with Wi-Fi, which you can use free of charge, keeps you connected to the rest of the big, wide world.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, also includes a dining area with four chairs and a dining table. From the kitchen, you have direct access to a small terrace. There, you can enjoy your first coffee or tea of the day.
On the spacious terrace with a wooden deck, you’ll find garden furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a beach chair. The charcoal grill provides the perfect setting for relaxed evenings outdoors. Surrounded by plenty of space and a pleasant atmosphere, you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals here with family or friends. The spacious terrace also offers plenty of room to relax, sunbathe, or socialize.
All windows are equipped with blinds and have fly screens. Of course, a parking space is available right next to the apartment. A lockable garden shed for storing bicycles and beach gear rounds out the amenities.
Centrally located yet quiet. The DEICHWÄRTS vacation rental is situated directly on the old dike, in the center of Carolinensiel. A short walk of just 300 meters takes you to the museum harbor, where you’ll find wonderful maritime sights, a variety of restaurants, and charming shops. Colorful flat-bottomed boats are moored in the harbor, and bright flags flutter in the fresh breeze.
You can take care of nearly all your daily errands right in town—on foot or by bike, if you prefer. Three supermarkets, several bakeries, a hair salon, and charging stations for your electric vehicle are, of course, also nearby, as are the local seafood restaurants and smokehouses.
And let’s not forget, of course, the sea, the beach, the ferry terminal, and the sightseeing boat tours. To get to Harlesiel, you can walk along the 2-km-long promenade, passing various restaurants and cafés, the “Cliner Quelle” wellness, fitness, and swimming complex, the Sielhafen Museum with its various buildings, and the Friedrichschleuse lock. Alternatively, you can, of course, reach the beach in just a few minutes by bike or car.
