Naunton Cottage in Coombe Street, Lyme Regis, Dorset sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV and wood/coal fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double, along with a shower room and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture, as well as one parking permit supplied for Woodmead car park on Hill Road (no allocated space) within 10 minutes walk. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Naunton Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the delights of Dorset. This cottage is a quintessentially beachside cottage - very close to all local amenities. I think the cottage is more beautiful in person than in the photos on the listing. It appears to have a brand new bathroom and is well-maintained. As others have said, due to the location it is rather noisy so do take earplugs for a good night's sleep. Do note that there is a PARKING PERMIT in the property, so you do not need to pay for parking.
