Welcome to the House of Dreams Ibiza. A beautifully designed luxury 450m2 ocean view villa on a hill overlooking Ibiza, in the gated community of Can Furnet with one of the best views on the island, across Dalt Vila/Ibiza Castle, Salinas and Formentera. The property was renovated in 2025 to the highest standard.
The villa upholds a charming Ibizan atmosphere with natural light throughout, greenery and bright flowers surrounding. This place is a home from home that allows you to breathe into the magic of Ibiza without needing to leave.

As you enter you will feel at home right away. The living room has double height ceilings, large sliding doors to access the main terrace area and swimming pool, with amazing views from your sofa day and night. The panoramic views of the ocean and Ibiza Town in the distance is perfect for those lazy days sitting beside the swimming pool, alfresco dining and relaxing. There is a terrace leading directly from the upstairs hallway which allows you to have an even more majestic view and sit in privacy as you sink into the magic of Ibiza. There is an additional roof deck with a hot tub and further panoramic views.
The villa is at the end of a quiet street, with a large swimming pool and terrace facing south-west for perfect sunsets and all-day sun. There is total privacy and tranquility.
The villa is licensed for tourist rentals (for 6 adults) and the certificate of occupancy allows up to 12 people to sleep.
What is also special about this villa is that each bedroom has it's own dedicated bathroom and outdoor terrace space, providing each guest their own private space to relax. The bedroom adjoining the living room can be setup as a flexible space of your choosing - as a family room/second living room (with a sofa bed), as a kids room or as a bedroom (two single beds or king bed).

We loved the house and location. Everything is brand new. Owner is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend the house.
Only negative is his house manager who is useless, rude, and obnoxious. I think she has been fired.

We had an incredible stay at this villa in Ibiza! The location was absolutely amazing, with breathtaking views and easy access to all the attractions. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings were top-notch, making us feel right at home. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Ibiza. 5 stars all the way!

A wonderful week in this lovely villa. Location was perfect for the airport and seeing the island/beaches. The villa hosts Marcus & Mel were so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and arriving to a bottle of fizz and some food on our first night was really welcome! The villa itself was gorgeous with stunning views, lovely spacious rooms and a well equipped/modern kitchen. Communication with the owner Rick was easy and helpful, he managed to source us a high chair for the week with no problems. Really recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed here for the hubbies 40th in a group of 7. We were all really impressed with the villa, its location and views. The pictures don't do it justice. Taxis are quite easily obtained. It's too far to walk really from the nearest town Jesus. Great sound system, pool, lovely helpful owner and managers nearby who were happy to help when they could with getting cabs. Grest location for exploring ibiza town etc. Very clean and spacious, safe too being in a lovely gated community. Very private... You don't notice the neighbouring villas tucked behind the trees. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! And will be back!
