About this house rental
Welcome to WaterDance House, an upscale 3 BEDROOM PLUS DEN AND BONUS ROOM and 3.5 bath private home located near Lake Dillon in the WaterDance neighborhood of Frisco. With over 3,000 feet of living space and an over-sized 2 car garage, this home offers plenty of space for families or larger groups to spread out, relax and enjoy the mountains. When you enter the property there is a spacious mud room for all your belongings. The ground floor consists of an open living, dining and kitchen area perfect for entertaining or lounging after a full day of outdoor adventure. The kitchen contains granite countertops, stainless appliances and a big selection of kitchenware for whipping up a big meal. The ground floor also contains 1 bedroom, one of the master suites complete with bath and King bed. There is also a den with King bed.
Upstairs you will find 2 more bedrooms and a bonus room. The master suite contains a King bed, walk in closet and large bath with gas fireplace that opens to both the bedroom and bath. The second bedroom contains a Queen bed and Twin bunk bed. The third upstairs bedroom is a little funky, it's split level containing a twin bed on one level and a Twin bunk bed on the other, the kids will love it. Private laundry facilities are also located on the upper floor.
Once you stay, you will not want to leave this charming home. The back yard contains a large deck complete with private hot tub. Cozy up to one of the gas fireplaces to enjoy a good book or watch a movie on one of the many smart TVs. The over-sized garage has room to keep all your gear safe. Last but not least, you're right in the heart of the area with 4 world-class resorts between 5 and 15 miles away, access to all of the trails in the Peninsula Rec Area are right out your door as well as access to the Ten Mile Range right across the street. "Everything worked out great! 2 families of 5 and we had plenty of room. Hot tub is designed for only 4 people. Would have been better if that was larger. Other than that the kitchen had everything..."
