This beautiful cottage rests in Melton near Woodbridge and can sleep 6 people in three bedrooms.
Valley Farm Cottage offers a flexible abode with everything you need for your party to enjoy, with a ground floor king bedroom with shower room and two first floor bedrooms (2 x super-king), both with bathrooms. The open plan kitchen/dining room has created a social space for your group to come together, with patio doors opening out onto a decked veranda perfect for those warmer months. The two sitting rooms allow a space for both adults and children to enjoy, with everything they possibly need. Outside is complete with a beautiful garden and off road parking.
Amenities: Oil central heating with electric log burning stove. Electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with FreeSat, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed gardens, lawns, patio area, patio furniture, barbecue. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Note: No unaccompanied teenagers please. Note: If you wish the zip/link beds to be made up in a different configuration please request at the time of booking. Note: There is a neighbouring agricultural processing business situated along the same single-track country lane as Valley Farm Cottage. There may be some intermittent traffic and operational noise. Note: The stairs have turns so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: We are unable to offer weekend check in's at this property, only Monday - Friday arrivals

Town: Melton is a rural village resting between Ipswich and Lowestoft within Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is served by Melton railway station and is just a mile from the historic market town of Woodbridge. The village has a small selection of independent shops and a couple of popular pubs so is a great place to stop off to stock up on a few essentials and have a drink while enjoying the captivating surrounding countryside. There are a number of attractions on the doorstep including some fantastic golf courses for the grown-ups and Congo Rapids Adventure Golf for the not so grown-up, as well as the rural idyll that is Foxburrow Nature Reserve. Towns such as Woodbridge, Ipswich and Lowestoft are within a short drive and offer a great range of attractions and amenities.
