Come enjoy this 2100 Sq ft home on Bayou DeZaire in Historic Madisonville La. A 5 min walk to restaurants, museums and the Tchefuncte river. Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, swamp tours and bird viewing. We are only 40 minutes from New Orleans home of Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest and the best Cajun food in the world. Ask about fishing gear, water skiing, tubing, swimming, party barge rides and swamp tours.

Family of 7 came for high school graduation. The cottage was very nice and the hosts were excellent. Beautiful property. We were pretty busy but we did make some time for just a little fishing. The kitchen had anything we needed. We would definitely come back.

The property was perfect for us. Plenty of room and in a great location. John and Karen were very gracious and friendly. Especially when we had a mix up with our departure date. Thank you, again, John and Karen!
