Perfect for couples, small families, or a beach getaway with friends, this efficiently designed condo sleeps up to 4 guests and puts you just steps from Ocean City's sandy shoreline.
Inside, you'll find a full kitchen stocked with essentials, WiFi, and cable TV service for a relaxing and convenient stay. The sleeping area features a king Murphy bed that folds up to create extra space during the day, while the living area offers a sofa bed for additional guests. All linens are included, and we provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, coffee, and basic cooking items to help you settle in smoothly.
Take in the refreshing ocean breeze from your private balcony with ocean views, or enjoy the outdoor pool available during the summer season. The building also offers paid laundry machines and on-site parking, with High Point South charging $50 per week or $30 per day for summer parking (paid directly to the building).

7/30/25 Update: High Point South Condominium management was recently notified by the Worcester County Health Department and the Maryland Department of Health that two people who were recent guests at our facility subsequently developed legionellosis, a form of pneumonia. Please see further details at the bottom of this page.

Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.

High Point South Condominium management was recently notified by the Worcester County Health Department and the Maryland Department of Health that two people who were recent guests at our facility subsequently developed legionellosis, a form of pneumonia. On 4/15/2026, water tests showed that this type of bacteria is not within the water distribution system within the HPS Complex, but instead is from a bacteria build-up in certain types of shower heads. The shower head in this condo is used and cleaned often, so build-up has not occurred in this property.
The bacteria that cause legionellosis are found in many different water sources ‐ manmade and natural ‐ and it is not certain that those guests who tested positive for legionellosis acquired the illness at our facility. However, this facility always puts its guests first, so we want you to be aware of this possible association and provide you with some information about legionellosis so you can make an informed decision concerning your stay here.
Who gets legionellosis?
Anyone can get this disease; however, certain people are more likely to get legionellosis. Individuals most at‐risk are smokers, people over age 50, those with lung or kidney disease, diabetes, cancer, or weakened immune systems because of diseases or medications.
What is legionellosis?
Legionellosis is a form of pneumonia caused by Legionella bacteria.
What are the signs and symptoms of legionellosis?
Signs and symptoms include: fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, and body aches. Some people with legionellosis also report gastrointestinal symptoms, like nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
How do you get legionellosis?
The disease is spread by inhaling aerosols of water containing the Legionella bacteria. The disease is generally not passed from person to person.
Is there a cure for legionellosis?
Yes. Legionellosis can be treated by commonly available antibiotics. However, hospitalization is common. The case‐fatality rate ranges from 10‐25% but may be higher in situations where diagnosis and/or treatment is delayed.
How soon do signs of legionellosis appear?
Signs of the disease commonly appear from two to 14 days after coming in contact with these bacteria.
Why is the health department interested in cases of legionellosis?
Health care providers are asked to report to the health department all cases of legionellosis. The health department then makes inquiries to assure that exposure and risk to others are minimized.

Guests should reduce their risk of becoming ill by:
∙ Not showering. If bathing in a tub, fill the tub slowly and carefully to minimize aerosol production. While the tub is filling, exit the bathroom and keep the bathroom door closed.
∙ Using bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth.

Lovely property. Super communication. Two fiddly notes - if there is a way to have the ceiling fan on without the light - we couldn’t figure it out. Renters - take note - not a full sized fridge. We eat in - allergies - and out groceries for three dinners and four lunches/breakfasts for three barely fit. So warm drinks - but the freezer made ice pretty quick!
