The living room and the kitchen open onto a pleasant corner terrace, ideal for your meals in the sun!
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and storage space for your belongings, with a small adjoining balcony;
- A second air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds and a storage closet
- A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet
The parking is free in the street (be careful in period of affluence it can be more complicated to find a place in direct proximity of the apartment).

- Port of St Laurent and restaurants/bars : 5min walk
- Supermarket at 800m
- Nice Côte d'Azur airport at 5min by car
- Cap 3000 shopping center at 5min by car
Bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, toilet paper...), and a free Wifi internet connection.

Nice apartment, but dishwasher was not running and one of the louvres were not working. Both got repaired during our stay. Communication with the agent could be better. Reminder were necessary, that things got fixed...
The apartment at all was good and spacious.
