The Space:

This newly constructed condo complex promotes an ecological, spiritual, and natural lifestyle coupled with modern comforts. Enjoy an eco-designed space blended with Tulum’s elements and natural textures, restoring your peace and calm during your vacation. The complex offers free parking, 24/7 security, Wi-Fi in the business center/co-work area, a gym, a shaded yoga loft, relaxing lounge and picnic areas, and a dog park, ensuring you'll never lack things to do. The common grounds are magical, designed to instill a sense of peace and a strong connection to nature. Wander the nature-inspired paths, relax by the pool with lounging areas, explore the two special cenotes, and enjoy numerous spaces to sprawl out, nap in a hammock, and immerse yourself in the outdoors.



Stepping into the condo, there’s a soothing natural open living space where the living, dining room, and kitchen are in view for quality time together. There are sliding glass doors to connect with the outdoors and a lovely sofa and lounge seating area.



One of the highlights of the condo is the private rooftop with an outdoor dining area, a grill, and a plunge pool with unique tree-top jungle views. This space is perfect for an afternoon barbecue after the beach and enjoying a nice refreshing cocktail in the pool.



There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with a sleek design and new appliances, and all the cookware you’d need to prepare healthy meals at home. Also, essential extras like a coffee maker for your morning jolt and a blender for happy hour margaritas! Take a seat at the beautiful wood dining table that can accommodate 6 for a sit-down meal with laughter and good conversation. Plus there’s extra seating at the kitchen breakfast bar!



When it’s time to retire, there are 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to accommodate 4 guests as such:

The Neighborhood:

Located in a beautiful new development just 3 mi | 4.5 km or an 8- min drive from the center of Tulum town and a 14-min drive to the beach. The property is in an area surrounded by lush jungle, with lots of pathways to nooks and hidden gems for a unique connection with nature and plenty of modern amenities.



Getting Around:

The property is about 39 km/24 mi from the new Tulum International Airport (TQO) or 120 km/75 mi from the Cancun International Airport (CUN).

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Tulum is experiencing high growth, so there's the potential to hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments as well as power outages due to a lack of infrastructure, both outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible.

- Guests must climb stairs to access certain areas of the condo.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.

- For stays longer than 6 nights, there is a $25 USD weekly fixed electricity fee charge. It will be collected before arrival, during your stay, or post-departure. Our team will reach out to you to coordinate the payment.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed without prior authorization. An additional charge of $25 USD (per pet) applies; max 2 pets per reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

It’s a self-check-in property - you just need to stop at registration for your key and make your way to the penthouse.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was just as described. Pool areas were great. very secure, clean, and has all the necessities you need. The road to the property is in bad shape. but it has nothing to do with the actual property. Renting a car is better as the property is 10-15 minutes distance from the downtown Tulum. lots of privacy in the condo. Overall amazing stay, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tulum town, great value. There is security 24x7, which is a great added option.
