The house was comfortable and very clean. Loved the little community and was close to Assateague Island and Ocean City.

The house was clean, but the rugs are stained, couch is stained, the cabinets had a moldy smell and ants on the counters. The air intake for the HVAC system was quite dirty. The outside is run down. Expecting much more for that cost.
