Pet Policy
Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. There's an extra one time fee per pet per stay (not included in booking total). The extra cleaning fee per pet is based on the number of nights of your stay: 1-2 nights: $100; 3-6 nights: $150; 7-29 nights: $250; 30+ nights: $300; 59+ nights $300/month. There's a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. To ensure everything is disclosed up front, if discovered afterwards, this fee doubles.

A couple of things I feel that are very important for people to know is
1. Parking is in the garage and is gated with a remote fob for access.
2. The riverwalk path is only a block and a half from the front door, it is an easy 1.3 mile walk to the shops and restaurants on the riverwalk (we did it every day, sometimes twice). This is what we were looking for but only discovered it after we were there.
3. Multiple great dining experiences within a block or two from the building.
4. If we go back to San Antonio, we will stay there. Price was great too.

This apartment is in a complex centrally located near the Blue Star Arts Complex, Riverwalk, and at least two breweries. It was quiet but a quick walk to the more touristy areas of the Riverwalk. Apartment is clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We were able to bring our two pets without paying an outrageous pet fee, which was great since one pet needs daily meds. There was garage parking but also plenty of street parking. Management was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again!

This place had perfect location , easy check-in and check-out , parking was great , very clean , bed comfortably! Some issues came up but the host did respond quickly! Would stay here again
