About this villa rental
Luxurious, 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom, villa with a private pool and the beach at walking distance. LXRYHOME offers their guests a full equipped concierge service for all your requests.
The beautifully designed villa, has a large living room, which has been equipped with a comfortable seating and TV with access to the internet (Netflix). The spacious, open kitchen with an outside bar has everything you need, and is connected to the outside livingroom with another comfortable seating area at one side, and a covered terrace with dining table for 10 pers on the other side. You can also make a wireless connection to the Sonos system available, while enjoying a lovely drink and a meal cooked on the BBQ. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wooden pool deck and some comfortable lounge beds.
On the same floor, you will find the master bedroom, with airconditioning or, if you prefer, shutters with insect screen that can be opened to enjoy the fresh Caribbean air. You will have your private, luxurious bathroom with shower, toilet and 2 sinks. In the morning, you will have stunning view from your bed at the swimming pool!
Following the stairs down you will arrive at another floor with 4 large and luxurious master bedrooms with airconditioning, shutters with insect screen, private bathrooms with shower, toilet and 2 sinks. Bedroom 4 and 5 share the bathroom/toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace, facing the tropical garden.
Other things to note
Price per night is exclusive 7% local tax.
Two months in advance you will receive a payment request so you can pay this amount.

We were lucky enough to book for a week. The pre-arrival care from Lxryhome was amazing. Very clear communications and timely responses. The home was amazing and Luisa, who met us there on arrival was super helpful and took the time to give us a tour and show us the various amenities. She also gave us some wonderful suggestions on local dining options that we really enjoyed (Zest and Zest Cafe) just a 10 minute walk away at Jan Thiel Beach. It was our first time in Curacao, and honestly we are already looking at booking for next year with Monique's Lxryhome again as the location is amazing and the houses are beautifully kept.
