Quaint, however, dated. Needed some tidying from multiple spiderwebs/cobwebs throughout the entire property. Vines from outside, creeping in small gaps in the foundation and structure. The foundation on the front porch could use some updating, as it housed a raccoons quarters. Suited our needs and was comfortable with the exception of the pullout sofa. You could feel every spring from the frame.
