About this apartment rental
A cozy and comfortably furnished vacation rental for 1 to 2 people in a historic thatched-roof house dating from 1785, with a park-like garden. The thatched-roof house is centrally located in Eiderstedt and is right next to the North Sea and the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.
The Alte Pastorat features 3 vacation apartments. The “Lütte Stuv” is our space-saving gem at 23 m² and offers you plenty of peace and quiet for a relaxing vacation. The vacation rental is located on the first floor and has direct access to the 4,500 m² garden.
The house has been completely modernized to meet today’s comfort standards. It was very important to us to preserve the charm of this historic building. The one-room apartment features a comfortable box-spring bed and a dining area. The kitchenette is located in the walk-through area. The separate bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower.
Experience breathtaking sunsets over the North Sea, enjoy the endless expanse of the dikes and sand dunes of SPO and Westerhever, and take walks and bike rides through incomparable flora and fauna. Cozy corners of the garden invite you to relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast outdoors. Whether it’s a leisurely cup of coffee in a beach chair or a barbecue in the garden—here, you can fulfill every wish. As evening falls, gather around your own fire pit for a glass of wine or to bake bread on a stick over the campfire.
For cozy afternoons and evenings, especially during the colder months, treat yourself to an exclusive sauna experience in our new garden sauna.

Elgin and Stefan Lugwig have created the perfect get-away. The ambience is welcoming, cosy and homely. Attention to detail from the welcoming vase of flowers to the starter basket of logs and firefighters. The apartment was excellently appointed " a home from home".
Using the apartment as our base we explored Husum and the entire Eiderstedt peninsula with guidance from our hosts.
We most certainly will be recommending this home away to our family and friends unreservedly.
