It is 700 square feet with a spacious and open floor plan and has 1 private bedroom and 1 bath.

The kitchen features sparkling white granite countertops paired with stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you'd need from cookware to coffee!
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with all essentials provided!
There is a washer and dryer in the condo and includes laundry detergent, dryer sheets and an iron/ironing board.
The condo is part of a controlled access building, with a keyless lobby and condo door, making entry a breeze!

Extremely kind, patient, accommodating, attentive, and gracious host. Went above and beyond to ensure I had what was needed. Super cute rental. Beautifully furnished and clean. Great place to stay if you have difficulty with stairs or getting in and out of a standard bathtub. Kind and considerate neighbors. The Overlook does not disappoint. We stay here quite often to visit family in Washington. The condo is clean and comfortable. Certain items are provided including coffee, hair dryer, extra blankets and even q-tips.
The area, although in the city, is very quiet. Additionally, McKinley Park is across the street for a wonderful jog or contemplative walk on its pleasant paths.
There is a reason we return to The Overlook and Corporate Condos. Their consistent high quality in both service and housing is superb.
I highly recommend Corporate Condos, you will not be disappointed.
