Dimitris and Villa Giannis) situated within private grounds. Guests
have exclusive access to 2 private swimming pools, making it an ideal
retreat for large groups who wish to stay together. With a total
capacity to accommodate up to 16 guests, these detached villas offer
the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces for a memorable
vacation.
Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable sofas,
DVD Player, TV and Free Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style.
Kitchen
Each villa within the collection is accompanied by a fully equipped
kitchen, complete with air conditioning and an array of appliances,
including a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Very enjoyable. Kalyves Villas Collection was spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything you could need for a pleasant holiday. During the day enjoyed swimming in turquoise waters at the nearby sandy beach while in the evenings we gathered with our friends around the pool areas and enjoyed the local food specialties and wines. Travel directions were simple and clear and we could collect the keys late at night without any trouble. Thank you for a great stay.

Great relaxed holiday at Kalyves Villas Collection. When we arrived, we couldnt believe how accurate the property listing was. Modern, clean, and well-decorated. The pools (there were 2 swimming pools) were wonderful - and kept immaculately clean - and the whole outdoor space was great. While we were there, we visited Kalami Beach, Kalives Beach, and Chania, which were really stunning. The agents were so attentive and gave us a lot of information. Also, the owner personally made us very very welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed it, would highly recommend and would definitely come back.
